The ten Psalms, for comfortable reading
Comprehensive “General Rectification”

Hereby, I bind myself, in the recital of these ten chapters of Psalms to all the true Tzaddikim of our generation and to all the true Tzaddikim who dwell in the earth the holy ones whom are in the earth and specifically to our holy master, the Tzaddik foundation of the world, the gushing stream source of wisdom (Nachal Novaya Mekor Chochma: acronym Nachman), our Master Na Nach Nachma Nachman MeUman, may his merit protect us and all of Yisroel, Amen.

This prayer we found in our files, it is short and powerful:
Master of the World, Effector of effectors, and the Causer of all the causes, You are above and higher than all and there is nothing higher than You, for no thought can grasp You at all and silence is befitting praise for You (Psalms 65:2) and [You] are loftier than all blessing and praise. You, I turn to; You, I beseech (You) to bore a tunnel in a hidden (/established) way from You, by way of all the worlds until my evolution in the place where I stand, in accordance with what is apparent to You, Knower of the hidden and in this way and path shine upon me Your light, to return me in truly complete repentance before You, as is Your true desire and as is the desire of the choice of creation: that I should not think in my thoughts any foreign thought or any thought or confusion which is against Your Will; just, to bind to pure, pristine and holy thoughts of Your service, in truth, with perception of You and Your Torah. “Incline my heart to Your testimony (Psalms 119:36)” and give me a pure heart to serve You truly. And from the depth of the ocean take me out to great light, extremely quickly and soon, the salvation of God is in the blink of the eye, to bask in the light of life all the days I am on the face of the earth. And I should merit to renew my youth, the days that passed in darkness, to return them to holiness and my departure from the world should be as my entry – without sin. And I should merit to see the pleasantness of God and visit His chamber (which) entirely resonates glory. Amen, netzach (eternally/victorious), selah, vo-ed (forever).
You've reached the end of the Tikkun
The Tikkun HaKlali ("General Rectification") is a fixed order of ten Psalms revealed by Rebbe Nachman of Breslov as a comprehensive remedy for spiritual blemish. Rebbe Nachman taught that these ten Psalms, recited together and in this specific order, contain within them all the individual rectifications and have the power to repair the soul and bring a person to complete repentance.
The ten Psalms of the Tikkun HaKlali, in the order they are recited, are: Psalm 16, 32, 41, 42, 59, 77, 90, 105, 137, and 150. They are said specifically in this order.
Recite the ten Psalms consecutively in the fixed order (16, 32, 41, 42, 59, 77, 90, 105, 137, 150). It is customary to open with the "Hineni" intention and to close with the short prayer that follows the Psalms. You may read it from a siddur or from a printed text, calmly and with intention.
The Tikkun HaKlali may be said any day and at any time. Many recite it after immersing in a mikveh, after a nocturnal emission, or as a general segula for repentance and protection. There is no obligatory time — it is said according to a person’s will and spiritual need.
Rebbe Nachman of Breslov (1772–1810) was a leading Hasidic master, great-grandson of the Baal Shem Tov and founder of the Breslov Hasidic movement. He is buried in Uman, Ukraine, where his followers gather on Rosh Hashanah. Rebbe Nachman revealed the order of ten Psalms as the "General Rectification" — a single tikkun that includes all the individual rectifications for spiritual blemish.
Rebbe Nachman promised that whoever comes to his grave, gives a coin to charity, and recites the ten Psalms of the Tikkun HaKlali — he would intercede for that person and help draw them out of judgment. The Tikkun is regarded as a general segula for repentance, purity, and guarding the covenant. (This describes the traditional teaching and is not a halachic ruling.)
